Our physical store location is on Greenville Avenue in Dallas, just off of 75.

Our store hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 5pm

PAYMENT
We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club


ORDER PICKUP
** Tickets to be picked up at the Greenville location can be picked up the same day as ordered.



FEDEX
For orders to be sent by Federal Express charges are as follows:
Federal Express $15.00 2nd day delivery on weekdays
$20.00 for next day delivery
$30.00 Saturday delivery
$50.00 Shipping outside the U.S.

If tickets are to be sent by fed ex they must be sent to the billing address of the credit card only. We verify the billing address of the cardholder and tickets will only be sent if the address is correct.


MULTIPLE ORDERS
When placing multiple orders at the same time you can avoid being charged twice for shipping if on the first order you choose the desired shipping method and on subsequent orders you must choose to pick up your tickets from our store--we will ship your orders together.


SELLING TICKETS
If you are selling tickets:
1. Please include which event you have and how many tickets you are selling.
2. Have the exact section, row and seat numbers available for reference.
3. Please include asking price.
